Welcome

We are excited to welcome professional photographers back to the farm this season. Photography sessions are available on select limited dates, primarily Monday–Thursday. Our calendar will be updated as the main farm schedule is finalized. 

Please read all guidelines below carefully before booking your session.

Session Details

• Each booking is a one-hour time slot

• Sessions may be shared with one other photographer during the same time block

• If you would like exclusive use of the flower field, you must book both time slots

• Photography sessions do not include flower picking

Optional add-ons:

• Bouquet add-on available

• Private U-pick add-on available for up to 2 people, scheduled within your session time

Please note that any add-ons are part of your photography time and do not extend your session.

Booking and Availability

Photography sessions are offered on limited dates only.

• Most sessions are available Monday–Thursday

• Availability is seasonal and limited

• If a date is not listed on the calendar, it is not available

• Custom date requests are not offered

Please select only from the available time slots provided.

Timing and Check-In

Please respect your scheduled time.

• Arrive at your scheduled start time

• Sessions end promptly at your scheduled finish time

• Please be mindful of other photographers using the space

You will be checked in upon arrival and then directed to the designated flower field area. After check-in, you are responsible for your own session within that space.

Farm Environment

This is a working flower farm. Conditions are natural and may include:

• Uneven ground, mud, or puddles

• Farm equipment, hoses, or tools

• Insects and wildlife

Our flowers are grown for production and seasonal harvest.  We encourage photographers to work with the natural beauty of the farm as it exists.

Rules and Guidelines

Please respect the following rules:

• No pets allowed under any circumstances

• No wandering outside of designated photography areas

• Children must be supervised at all times

• Guests are responsible for their own belongings and cleanup

• The farm is not responsible for any injuries that may occur

Weather Policy

In the case of inclement weather, sessions may be rescheduled.

• No refunds are offered due to weather conditions

• We will work with you to find an alternative date when possible

​

Seasonal Flower Notes

Because this is a working farm, bloom timing varies throughout the season.

• Golden hour is earlier than expected due to surrounding trees

• Dahlias are typically in bloom late August through September

• Goldenrod blooms late August through early September, but timing is short and not guaranteed
