Enjoy a dreamy 3-hour private celebration with exclusive access for up to 88 seated guests, featuring a covered pavilion and beautiful outdoor pergola. Capture unforgettable memories among stunning floral backdrops and picturesque photo areas. Make your event truly unique at Barefoot Blossom Farm! (Bluetooth speaker available if needed.)
Cancellation Policy
Use of Property Barefoot Blossom Farm is a working flower farm. Guests must stay within designated event areas. Additional access or extended time requires prior written approval. Booking & Payments Your date is secured with a signed agreement and non-refundable retainer. Remaining balance is due one month before the event. Missed payments may result in cancellation. Cancellations & Changes Client cancellations forfeit the retainer; cancellations within 90 days forfeit all payments. If the farm must cancel, all payments are refunded in full. Date changes depend on availability and may include fees. Weather All events are outdoors and held rain or shine. No refunds for weather. Clients are responsible for backup plans (tents, umbrellas, etc.). Decor & Setup All décor must be pre-approved. No digging, cutting plants, nails, staples, adhesives, or open flames. Clients are responsible for cleanup and any damage. Flowers + Farm Grounds We prioritize using farm-grown and local flowers; seasonal availability varies and specific varieties can’t be guaranteed. Guests may not pick flowers unless approved. Alcohol Alcohol permitted only with proper permits or licensed/insured bartenders provided one month in advance. No permit = no alcohol service. Farm assumes no liability. Liability Guests enter at their own risk—uneven ground, insects, and natural hazards are part of a working farm environment. Client agrees to hold the Venue harmless except in cases of gross negligence. Media Release Client may approve or decline the use of event images for marketing.
